With over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Kenneth Washington leads KW Hospitality Company with a passion for operational excellence, team development, and creating unforgettable guest experiences. From starting as a dishwasher to managing award-winning properties for Marriott and Hilton, Kenneth has built a career rooted in hard work, integrity, and a deep understanding of every aspect of hotel operations.
Over the years, Kenneth has managed full-service and select-service hotels, specializing in urban and boutique properties, as well as new builds, renovations, and brand transitions. A former General Manager, Kenneth has received multiple honors—including Manager of the Year and Hotel of the Year—reflecting his consistent ability to lead high-performing teams and deliver exceptional results.

Food & Beverage Leadership
In addition to operations, Kenneth brings a creative and technical background in Food & Beverage management, with an emphasis on bar programs, mixology, and guest-centered drink experiences. From concepting new outlets to revitalizing underperforming bars, he has helped properties launch signature cocktail menus, train elite bar teams, and create themed activations that drive both revenue and local buzz.

Sales, IT & Operational Strategy
At KW Hospitality, Kenneth leads a cross-functional team of sales strategists, IT professionals, HR specialists, and operations experts.
The Sales Division focuses on developing property-specific strategies to increase RevPAR, boost top-line revenue, and capitalize on emerging market trends.
The Operations Division partners closely with hotel leadership to streamline processes, improve efficiencies, and maximize profitability across departments.
The IT Division—one of Kenneth’s core areas of innovation—provides end-to-end technology infrastructure services for hotels, including:
• Systems design, implementation, and support of POS systems (Agilysys, Toast, Micros)
• New construction and renovation design, implementation, and support of hotel IT infrastructure
• Low-voltage cabling and wiring
• Wireless AP design, testing, and verification
• TV and monitor installation
• Post-construction infrastructure support, staff training, and technology guidance
• Technology partnering and vendor management to ensure 100% uptime and reliable IT service delivery
Kenneth and his team have partnered with ZOXLEN, an Atlanta-based technology firm, on large-scale IT and operational projects—most notably The Hamilton Hotel in Alpharetta, Georgia. Kenneth helped oversee a seamless IT infrastructure launch for the new boutique property, coordinating vendor relationships, supporting staff training, and ensuring a stable, high-performing system foundation that continues to enhance guest experience and operational efficiency.
